Asessment Center is not a place but a method. Asessment Center allows for observation of candidates in many aspects within many applications and showing their skills directly related to the job and evaluation of candidates based on qualifications and skills that contribute to the corporate efficiency. Many evaluators serve as observers. It can be applied for selection, promotion and development purposes. It provides unbiased information about candidates. It allows the organization to select "the most suitable person" for its future strategic goals.
