Attenders of this pogram will have the opportunity to evaluate:
■ Contemporary leadeship trends in the world
■ Characteristics of the world run by men
■ The differences to be created in a world run by women
■ The impediments faced by women in work life
In the program they will hear that for successful leadership, women are expected to
■ Gain the characteristics of relationship management and being a secure harbour
■ Develop the relationship of taking action and getting results
■ Construct the balance between work life and private life.
With this, they will form the road maps that will shape the future.
