This program is the continuation of the “Investing on the Human” program. It is designed to strengthen the personal development process in the direction of the corporate values by presenting the concepts and methods for creating a productive work environment. Harmonising with themselves and their environment is made possible for individuals by recognising and managing personal emotions and the emotions of others, developing the feeling of trust and by positive thinking to act constructively and productively. Individuals with these characteristics do not expect others to solve problems and they take on resposibilities.
