TEAM-METER

Team-meter is a workshop targetting to determine the problems emerging both at work and in relationships, to ensure the union of the team members towards the direction of the common targets, to strengthen the understanding of collaboration and mutual interdependence.

The workshop facilitates harmony and trust within teams, and reaching the team targets by determining the overlap of the team profile with the team effectiveness model. A common understanding of realising the targets and overcoming possible difficulties is developed. Understanding the characteristics of the team members and the team dynamics facilitates the analysis of the factors impeding collaborative work, establishment of mutual goodwill and trust, and finding solutions to problems.
