TEAM FORMING AND DEVELOPMENT

The Team Forming and Develeopment Seminar is an original program developed in 1993 by Prof. Dr. Acar Baltaş by taking the basic characteristics of the Turkish Culture, and has been continually updated and implemented in hundreds of multinational and national institutitons contributing to the fundamental skills of tens of thousands of attendees for forming effective teams.

The main goal of the program is to help develop, by means of various applications and simulations, the mature individual behaviour and the formation of a common language and value system in an environment of interaction through feedback.

The outdoor training program on Effectiveness of Team Relationships that can be presented in addition to the Team Forming and Development seminar contributes to the effective transferral of the gained skills to life.
