PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Objectives of the Project Management seminar are introducing the attendees to the project stages, methods and tools required and imparting the skills of putting the project to practice. By taking the ‘people management’ dimension of the project management, this program helps to develop the skills for managing the project team, organising work sharing, determination of roles and responsibilities and the organisation and management of workflow.
