LIVING AND WORKING WITH PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT GENERATIONS

Currently, four different generations identified as the Traditionalists, Developmentalists, the generation X and the generation Y are working together and each brings its own characteristics and energy to the business life. The program named “Living and Working with Different Generations’’ has been prepared to make possible the collaboration of generation X, who have carried their institutions to significant levels, with generation Y, who make up 20% of the Turkish population and have started to take their place in the business world.
