Manage a dreamland with your employees. This is an entertaining, highly energetic business simulation experienced in a land of prosperity with fulfilled inhabitants. This land is comprised of different regions managed by different teams acting as local governors.

The goal of the business simulation is primarily to increase the prosperity of Dreamland. Another goal is to maximize the happiness level of the inhabitants of each region. To achieve this, purchasing and constructing business centers, entertainment centers and transportation systems is needed. Such investments require different levels of funding, workforce and natural resources. For the different regions to put together these three requirements appropriately, they need to communciate with each other and negotiate.
