CAYENNE –PROJECT MANAGEMENT SIMULATION

This a business simulation demonstrating the effective use of limited resources to reach the highest business value.

Aim: The program offers the multidimensional and applied experience of observing and managing step by step the project contents and processes.

Method: Teams of 3-4 attendees experience facing and going through the various conditions and problems arising at different stages of a project. They take decisions on how to use the resources most effectively. The performance of the teams are evaluated according to the key performance indicators (KPI).
