AGILE MOVE – AGILITY SIMULATION

This program is a business simulation that will help develop the preparedness and the sturdiness in facing all circumstances in a complicated world presenting difficulties in foreseeing the future.

Aim: The program aims that the attendees experience the agility required in company processes and procedures in order to reach successful business results.

Method: The attendeees work as teams online or in a classroom environment. Each team, facing 8 different circumstances, makes a group decision among the alternatives offered and shares it. The scoring depends on the competability with agile thinking. The results are discussed with all teams.
