COMPETENCY ASSESSNENT QUESTIONNAIRE

It is observed that young people apply to various jobs today just because they like the organization or think that the job is "appropriate" for them, but they do not know "what they want" and/or "what they can do". The Competency Questionnaire is designed to prevent confused candidates from being called for jobs that are not suitable for them. These questionnaires, which include competency based questions, are prepared specially for the organization.
