BEHAVIORAL ECONOMICS


There are emotional reasons behing every decision taken by humans. These emotional factors increase as the danger, threat, risks and stress increase and the individual advantage or pleasure gets involved. Yet, the people in the business world believe in abstaining from taking emotional decisions, regarding this as a negative approach.

Today, the concept of “behavioral finance” in the academic circles, which is “economic psychology” in the daily language, has become a part of economical evaluations to explain the issue of emotional decision making. In this seminar it is intended to impart a different perspective to the role played by emotions on decision making.
