NORM STAFF STUDIES

Norm staff analysis assesses the number of individuals to be employed at each position in the organisation by investiating the job processes and determining the required time and the workforce allocations. This analysis is followed by the determination of the paramaters to be used for decision on the increases or the decreases needed in the employee counts.
